Positive Mindset LLC Privacy Policy

By using this application, or any products, services, sites, features or functionality associated therewith (collectively, the “Application”), you agree to be bound by this Positive Mindset LLC Privacy Policy (“Mobile Privacy Policy”) in addition to such other Positive Mindset LLC privacy policies or terms of use made available to you in connection with the Application or any web-based version of the Application. Certain features of the Application may require you to be a registered member or provide personal information.

This Mobile Privacy Policy describes how the Application collects, uses, shares and manages your information.

1. Data Collection and Use.

Health Data. We do not collect, access, store, use, or share any health-related data (including medical information, mental health data, or fitness data). The Application does not provide medical or health-related functionality and does not track, measure, or analyze your physical or mental health. The Application is categorized under Health & Fitness for informational and motivational purposes only. Any data collected relates solely to general app usage and is not used for health-related purposes.

We collect limited information to operate and improve the Application.

We may collect the following types of information:

  • App interactions (e.g., selected categories, chosen theme, usage of features)
  • Device information (e.g., device type, operating system, language settings)
  • Analytics data (e.g., app usage frequency, session duration)

We do not collect precise location data (such as GPS or WiFi-based location).

We use third-party services including Firebase (analytics and crash reporting) and RevenueCat (subscription management). These services may collect and process data in accordance with their own privacy policies.

We do not collect sensitive personal data.
We do not require users to create an account to use the Application.

The Application relies on trusted third-party service providers (such as Firebase and RevenueCat) to process limited data necessary to operate and improve the Application.

Third party and social services. The Application may utilize social networking or “share functionality” or may contain links to third party sites that are not owned or controlled by Positive Mindset LLC. Positive Mindset LLC has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, any share functionality or the content, privacy policies, or practises of any third-party site. You are subject to the policies of those third parties when and where applicable. By using the Application, you expressly relieve Positive Mindset LLC from any and all liability arising from your use of any share functionality or third-party site accessed from the Application.

Children. We do not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with information without their consent, he or she should contact us at mail@positive-mindset.net

2. Sharing Information. We may share information we collect in the following cases:

  • with service providers (such as Firebase (analytics and crash reporting) and RevenueCat (subscription management)) that help us operate, analyze, and improve the Application
  • to comply with legal obligations or respond to lawful requests
  • to protect our rights, users, or the security of the Application
  • in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets

We do not sell your personal data and do not share data for advertising purposes.

3. Data Retention and Deletion. We retain collected data for as long as it is necessary to provide and improve the Application. Most data collected through analytics services (such as Firebase) is aggregated and anonymized, and cannot be used to identify individual users. If you reside outside the U.S., your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States.
