If you need help with your subscription or have a support request, use one of the options below.
How to cancel a subscription
Subscriptions are managed by Apple through your App Store account.
- Open Settings on your iPhone.
- Tap your Apple ID at the top.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Select the subscription for the app.
- Tap Cancel Subscription.
If you do not see the subscription there, it may already be cancelled or it may have been purchased with a different Apple ID.
How to request a refund
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple.
- Open Apple’s problem reporting page in your browser.
- Sign in with the Apple ID used for the purchase.
- Find the subscription or purchase for the app.
- Choose Request a refund.
- Select a reason and submit your request.
Apple reviews refund requests directly and decides the outcome.
